Refunds and Return Policy

At Loodeco, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@loodeco.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.


5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank
